Problem
The city was famous for its skyline by day and quiet in the traveller's mind by night. Nobody was selling the neon, the harbour, or the hours after midnight.
Solution
I directed a night film that moved from harbour lights to back-alley markets to rooftop bars, cut into a social campaign built to be watched at 1am on a phone.
Result
The film passed 40M views in six weeks, night-time bookings climbed 27%, and "Hong Kong after dark" became the hook the whole board now leads with.
